My coach has given me some of the greatest advice, and it’s something I’ve started to do consistently and want to share with you as well.
Worrying is natural, there is so much the world throws at us that causes that instant anxiety when it comes to finances or health, etc. But worrying only causes you to try and take control over something that we do not always have control over. The best thing you can do is to take that time out each day to unplug. Continue to feel and envision all that you want to come about, believe in your affirmations – believe in YOU! Stay focused on who you now are and who you want to become, because at the end of the day, you are exactly where you need to be at that moment. Take comfort in knowing that something higher is looking out for you, and be thankful for that every single day!

My day and world and clarity definitely flow way more when I take time with God and place Him first. Even when it feels like I don’t have time, if I take the time (give the time) it all works out better and I am more centered! Thanks, Keri for sharing!
