The Inspired Company Terms & Conditions

1. Programs Covered
Broadcast Your Brilliance (BYB) – online training/coaching and resources.
IT Factor Experience (IT Factor) – live, in-studio/on-site training event.
The Collective (Collective) – year-long coaching & community membership.
2. Payments & Commitment
Payment due in full or by payment plan.
All payments remain due even if you choose not to participate.
Missed payments may result in suspended access and collection fees.
Taxes are your responsibility.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3-Day Cancellation Window: Cancel within 3 calendar days of purchase for a refund (minus goods already delivered).
After 3 Days: All sales are final. No cancellations, no refunds.
Digital Products: All electronically distributed products (ebooks, software, online video, audio, etc.) are non-refundable.
Third-Party Vendors: Purchases made through third parties (e.g., Amazon) are subject to their policies; contact the vendor directly.
Inspired Living reserves the right to refuse any return.
4. Program-Specific Policies
BYB: Access begins upon purchase or cohort start; non-transferable.
IT Factor: Must give 30 days’ notice to reschedule; one reschedule allowed within 6 months. Less than 30 days’ notice = no refund. Seat transfers may be approved if requested 14 days prior.
The Collective: 12-month commitment. Participation required; non-participation does not cancel obligation. Members must follow community guidelines.
5. Additional Terms
Chargebacks: You must contact us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks do not cancel obligations.
Intellectual Property: All content belongs to Inspired Living. Limited license for your personal business use only.
Results Disclaimer: No guarantees of income or outcomes.
Electronic Records: Digital agreements are valid and enforceable.
Eligibility: Services are for individuals 18+ only.
Rescheduling/Force Majeure: We may adjust dates/events for reasons beyond our control. Refunds not provided except under the 3-day window.
Communications: By enrolling, you consent to receive program emails, texts, and updates (you can opt out of marketing anytime).
Governing Law: California law governs. Venue is Los Angeles or San Diego County, CA.
Severability & Updates: If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Terms may be updated prospectively; see “Last Updated” date.
