How to Overcome the Fear of “What Do I Say On Video?”

This month our theme is about overcoming your fear of using video in your business – the fear of being seen and showing up brilliantly in your brand. We’ve already talked about that initial fear of not being ready to go on video (did you miss that video? It’s here!).

So what happens when you overcome that hurdle and start using video? I’ve seen it (and I’ve been there too) in everyone. We reach a point where we start questioning whether we’ve said something before…or we feel like we don’t have anything else left to say.

Here’s the kicker: you need to share your message more than once. In fact, it takes many repetitions to sink into the minds of your audience.

You’re building a business around your expertise and you want to become the go-to authority in your industry. This is your zone of genius – your special “IT” factor. When you hone in on your unique message, saying it over and over until people think of your message and you the way they think of peanut butter and jelly, that’s when you know you’ve succeeded.

In this video, I share several strategies I use with myself and my clients to overcome the fear that says, “I don’t know what to say!” As I mentioned already, you have to repeat your message many times over. You also need to:

  • Get clear on your core message. What do you stand for?
  • Connect with your audience. Who are you talking to?
  • Understand the pain points and possibilities of your ideal client
  • Let your “IT” factor shine!

.

I know that you have more questions about this, and I’m here to answer them. Leave them in the comments or DM me. I will personally respond to each one.

In the meantime… Dream it. Live it. BE it!

To overcoming your fears,
