Nutella 3-ingredient Brownies

Homemade brownie with only three ingredients? Is this possible? Enter in Nutella. Nutella is a wonderful product that already has fat, milk, and chocolate. Since those are what you would normally be adding to traditional brownies separately, why not use a product that already has these things – and hazelnuts!  Maybe you didn’t realize its full potential.  Until today that is, the day you met three-ingredient Nutella brownies.

1 (13-ounce) jar (about 1¼ cups) chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella

2 eggs

â…” cup all-purpose flour

¾ tsp. kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8″-square baking pan with foil or use a muffin tin for cup cakes. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate-hazelnut spread, eggs, and ¼ cup water. Stir in flour and salt, and transfer to prepared pan. Add hazelnuts if you are feeling fancy. Bake until just set around the edges, 20 to 25 minutes. Set aside to let cool completely. Using foil to lift them, remove brownies from pan. Cut brownies into squares, discarding foil, and serve.
