Katrina Scott is a successful entrepreneur, passionate brand-building expert, and new mom that advocates for body kindness and self-love. Scott started her career in Boston as a Master Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a degree in Health Science. Scott began filming workout videos as the first Fitness Expert on YouTube. As Scott’s fresh perspective on health and wellness reached millions of women in the first year, she moved to California to pursue her dream of creating a powerful fitness brand, Tone It Up.
Co-founding TIU, one of the most successful Fitness Empires in the world, the brand has been featured in Business Insider, Shape, SELF, on Good Morning America, and the Today Show. Scott has been on the cover of Women’s Health, LA Yoga, Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and the Improper Bostonian as a ‘fitness phenom’. She is a passionate writer and the co-author of the New York Times bestselling book Tone It Up: 28 Days To Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous and Balanced and Beautiful: 5-Day Reset For Your Body, Mind, and Spirit. Scott has been featured in Forbes for creating a successful fitness empire and named Create & Cultivate’s top 100, honoring women who are masters in their field. She has also headlined the POPSUGAR Play/Ground Festival and has been a keynote speaker at the Happy Mom Conference, featuring Body Kindness and Postpartum Health and Wellness.

Hughes
Rikki Hughes is a multi-Grammy and Emmy award-winning producer and show runner of comedy specials, award shows, television series, and independent features. She is currently the Executive Producer at MAGIC LEMONADE PRODUCTIONS.
In 2018, Hughes was nominated for two NAACP Image Awards for Best Variety Special and won 3 Grammy’s for Best Comedy Album DAVE CHAPPELLE: THE AGE OF SPIN & DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS, EQUANIMITY, THE BIRD REVELATION and STICKS AND STONES. She has also won an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special, Dave Chappelle Equanimity.
Hughes Executive Produced DEAR MAMA, a Mother’s Day special for VH1, THE ABFF AWARDS: A CELEBRATION OF HOLLYWOOD, ALL DEF COMEDY for HBO and was the show runner and Executive Producer of HOOD ADJACENT for Comedy Central. Most recently Rikki and her Magic Lemonade team has taken over producing the Trumpet Awards 2020.

Reidel
As a teen, Gorjana Reidel immigrated to the United States (Arizona) from the former Yugoslavia by way of Canada. Gorjana attended Arizona State University and earned her degree in Marketing. After graduating, Gorjana found her way to California. Disenchanted with early roles, she got a job working as an assistant manager in the jewelry department for Neiman Marcus. Gorjana realized she had a passion for jewelry design and began working for a small local designer to learn all aspects of the business. She set out to design fun, versatile jewelry that all of her friends would want – at an accessible price point.
At 26-years-old, Gorjana launched her eponymous collection alongside her husband, Jason Griffin Reidel, who helped to drive initial sales. The couple drove 50,000 miles to sell the initial collection. Orders were fulfilled from their apartment floor and they worked the tradeshow circuit as a team of two. The pair ultimately grew out of the apartment and into an artist’s studio in the canyon of Laguna Beach, California.
Today, gorjana has grown into a multi-million-dollar powerhouse and even has Michelle Obama to tout as a customer. Recently shifting the focus to DTC, the brand has expanded the business online, and in the past three years has opened multiple retail doors across the country. The company, based in Laguna Beach, California, is still owned and operated by the couple.

Schaffer, M.D.
Jacqueline Schaffer, M.D., is an American entrepreneur and business woman, author of the International Best Selling book, How to Get Clear Skin, and a high energy public speaker on the subject of Women’s Unique Challenges in Business Today, Female Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship. She attained her Medical Degree at a young age and was affected deeply by her mother’s contraction of Skin Cancer for a second time – and the fact this affliction was partially attributed to harsh and toxic ingredients found in beauty and skincare products. Shocked by this fact, and determined to prevent this from happening to other women, Jacqueline researched the beauty product industry in depth – learning about the origins of the packaging the products came in, the supply chain involved in creating a product, and most importantly, the exact molecular composition of each and every ingredient in the products being marketed today.
