Summer Tips

Bring out the rosé, summer is officially here! As the the temperature rises, like clockwork, my clients begin to reach out to me to ask “How do I keep my business thriving and moving forward when it feels like everyone is on vacation?”

Summertime inevitably brings a sense of freedom, fun, and long weekends, which can unfortunately lead to a lull in your business. But that doesn’t have to be the case! To combat the summer slowness, I have curated 4 easy to implement tips, to help your business continue to thrive all season long!

The first thing you can do to boost your business during the summer months, is to host an event. It doesn’t have to be a grandiose thing, but simply anything that brings people together. A casual get together, or an informal workshop are two great ideas that will unite friends, and potential customers and clients.

The next thing you can do is go to an event yourself. Get out of your bubble, and go meet new people. Summer is a time of excitement and fresh energy. I cannot tell you how many incredible people I have met by attending events. By going outside of my comfort zone, I was able to connect with individuals who have not only inspired me, but have helped to expand the reach of my business.

My third tip is to look at how you can work with people you’ve worked with before. The easiest thing you can do over the summer, is reach out to past clients in an authentic, heartfelt way. Check in with them, and ask them what’s going on. Ask them what their goals for the rest of the year, and upcoming season are. It’s easier to check in with past clients, and bring them deeper down the funnel with you, than to keep bringing in more new clients.

For my final tip, I recommend hosting some sort of challenge. Here at Inspired Living, we hosted a 5 day video challenge, and let me tell you, it was a huge success! People were having a ton of fun with it, and it created a ton of new energy, and new clients for us! What is something you can do to stir up some new enthusiasm online? The more active you can get people, the better!

With these easy tips, you can have fun in the sun all summer long, knowing that your business is still operating at full capacity!

I would love to hear from you, so please post a comment below, and don’t forget to share this video with someone you care about.

Until next time… Dream it. Live it. BE it!
