Top Business Advice From the #1 “Business Chick” Featuring Emma Isaacs

It’s so easy to look at a successful woman and say “luck” was on her side. Or maybe she was born that way. This week’s ILTV guest was most certainly born with that innate “IT” Factor, however her success has stemmed from hard work, and her life’s mission to inspire women across the globe. It is my pleasure to introduce my friend, founder and CEO of the global company “Business Chicks”, Emma Isaacs.

Emma has been a business owner since the age of 18. After running a successful recruiting company for 7 years, she went on to purchase Business Chicks. Over the course of the past 11 years, Emma has grown Business Chicks from it’s original 250 members to Australia’s largest networking organization with over 40,000 members!

Even with this tremendous accomplishment under her belt, Emma still feels as though this is just the beginning for her. I believe this is one of the key factors that has attributed to her massive success.

I encourage you to watch Emma’s Inspired Living interview. Emma shares her insight on how to scale your business, the importance of cultivating authentic relationships, and why having a group of mentors surrounding you is imperative for the growth of your business.

Her story shines light on the life lessons of never taking no for an answer, being comfortable in discomfort, letting go of your ego, and that courage is realized in the action. Emma’s courage, honesty, and bravery have inspired me endlessly, and I know she will light a spark within you to keep pursuing your dreams and growing your business!

If Emma’s story has left you feeling ignited, I encourage you to join us at the Brilliant Event taking place June 4-6th where Emma, myself, award-winning entrepreneur mentor, Ali Brown, President of the LA Sparks Christine Simmons, home décor and fragrance empire designer DayNa Decker, and TV personality and CEO, Jennifer Adams will be sharing their greatest business wisdom with you. Come hang out with other powerful women entrepreneurs, change-makers, and leaders.

Of course, I’d love to hear from you! What part of Emma’s story struck a chord with you? What change are you going to implement TODAY to move yourself and your business forward? Leave your answers in the comment section below!
