Ahhh….it’s Monday. Did you jump out of bed ready to start off your week? Or are you sluggishly moving around wishing it were Friday already?
I wish I could say that everyday is “rainbows and lollipops” but let’s get real, that’s just not the case. From time-to-time we all get a case of the “Monday blues.” How do you work through those less than inspiring days?
In this short video (about 5 minutes) I share with you a few things that have really helped me on those days where some inspiration (and old school Michael Jackson) was definitely in order.
So whether it’s Monday or any other day of the week that tries to steal your sparkle, know that you can get it back!
