It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Right? Well, as much as we’d like for everyone to be feeling joyous and celebratory this season, for some it’s not quite that simple. In fact, for many of us we are trying to find peace through the chaos.
You must know this, peace and happiness are not the same. Before you find happiness you must first find peace. Findind peace is one hundred percent YOUR decision, being happy is YOUR decision. When you wake up each morning, do you choose to embrace the chaos by letting it pull you every which way? Or do you choose to embrace it by taking time for yourself to meditate, to think of all the reasons you have to be grateful, to acknowledge your faith, and to cope with what is happening around you gracefully? Throughout all of the trials you may be facing, taking it one day at a time will lead you down a path of true happiness. You have the power to be in control of your chaos. You have to feel it deep down, and know that there is something much greater than you at play. Imagine all of the changes that need to happen, and you will soon begin to see them occur in your own life!
You may be going through a lot, and you might be struggling to find ways to quiet the chaos; to find peace. There are so many ways to find that sense of serenity, and whether you are currently taking certain steps to get there, or you are looking for the answers, I hope that I can give you at least a small glimmer of hope for peace.
I’d love to hear from you, what are some things that you do to manage any chaos in your life? Comment below, you never know who needs to hear what you have to say!

Each day starts with a tea ceremony. The choice of the tea, the preparation and the noise of the kettle makes each day a shared moment of peace. Sipping tea and being thankful to create a new day. Better than meditation. At least for me. 🙂
Thank you Keri Murphy I needed to hear that today
Happy holidays to you and your family
