Have you ever wanted something so bad (and you knew that it was the thing you were meant to do) and because it meant so much to you, you did nothing? You were so paralyzed by those what-if’s that you end up putting it away for way to long? You are dying to break through your own glass ceiling?
Well you are not alone. In this Inspired Living interview, I sit with Kelly Fidel, known as the one of America’s premier sales experts and the “Millionaire Mama”. She has worked with multi-million dollar companies and she has helped many corporations make millions.
She too, had a dream over 20 years ago that she put on hold. In spite of her success of climbing the corporate ladder, Kelly did not feel successful. She wasn’t doing what she really wanted to do. Kelly finally took that idea off the shelf, and created No Glass Ceiling.
Click below to watch this Inspired Living Interview and learn more about her story and sales philosophy that has proven successful time and time again.
If you have been sitting on an idea, or know there is something you are meant to do, but you are chained in those shackles of fear, Kelly Fidel shares with us three things you can do to break that glass ceiling:
- Get clear with exactly what you want to do– Many times, we are unclear, because we are afraid to move forward with what we are passion about out of fear of failure.
- Understand your packaging and pricing-Often times people want to raise their prices, but are terrified to do so. The fear to raise your prices comes from not feeling congruent inside because you don’t understand the value of your product. If you understand the value of your product (and can bring results to your clients) it is only fair to raise your prices to what you and your product are worth.
- Have a sense of community– You cannot do it alone. Build a community of great mentors and friends, who can push you where you want to go when you are afraid, and are there to support and celebrate with you throughout your entire journey of living your dreams.
If you are willing and ready to break through your glass ceiling, post your comments below and let us know how we can support you.
Thank you so much for watching and being a part of the community.

Great Interview. I need community. I’m exhausted, lonely and uninspired, but I keep going everyday because I love the work…most of the time. I would love a community to keep me on task and to occasionally kick my butt.
